    We have only ever had 3 families come to see our home in the past 100 days and all of them came because of our yard sign. That seems odd. We've had plenty of real estate agents come by. I am resistant to listing because I don't want to lose so much money in commissions. I know how to do the contract and disclosure statement and provide needed documents to the title company. I may not be great at marketing though. This home was previously under contract with the first family that came to see it and then they backed out when their buyer backed out on buying their home. I'd hoped they would be able to still buy our house, but that isn't going to happen after all. Since it may only be realtors that look at these for sale by owner listings, I will say this to you...I am offering a 2% buyer's commission if you bring a buyer who buys this home. To buyers that may be interested, I'm willing to negotiate the price with you. Okay, so here is the info about the house... This wonderful single level home sits on a large 11,200 sq ft lot. The front yard is beautifully landscaped and has a timer-activated watering system. In the backyard, there are landscape rocks laid around the perimeter of the house and two producing pomegranate bushes. The space is waiting for your imagination. We still are believing in God's perfect timing. We know this home is great and will sell when it is meant to sell.
