Hi everyone! I am looking for a female roommate in a 3bd 2bth house in The Colony (Main and North Colony)! Rent is $900 - utilities not included. Utilities will be split 3 ways (average $100 - $150 per person). The furniture in the pics of the room will be gone, so please ignore that (unless you want any of it), and the closet doors will be put back, they are full length sliding mirrors. If you need a bed, I have an extra full size bed I can put in the room for you. There is a spacious backyard with a cute swing in the back as well. This room does have a shared bathroom with one other person, but she is very clean and respectful. There's a security deposit of $500 at move in. We already have two cats and a small dog so please no more pets! All the pets are extremely calm and chill :)
