The "Fenwick" floor plan has double master bedrooms, where each bedroom has its own full bath and walk in closet. Both bedrooms can fit queen sized beds. The oversized 2 car garage with lots of storage shelves already installed is a huge plus. Additionally, should you want to park outside and use the garage for storage, the driveway is large enough to park 2 cars. Additionally, this is a very energy efficient home, the average electric bill is ~$90, and the average natural gas bill is ~$40. This property is in walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, movie theater, New Town pool, multiple playgrounds, grocery store, green spaces, and multiple walking/running trails through the woods. A note on pricing, the location in the heart of New Town is a high demand location. We feel that our price is very fair considering that the "Pointe at NewTown" with their "Heritage" unit and "Manor on the Green" with their River Birch unit is priced at $2650/month and $2500/month respectively. These units only have a 1 car garage, and our townhouse is a 2 car garage, but otherwise similar. Additionally, these apartment complexes charge multiple additional fees beyond the base rental price. Regarding pets, our default position is no pets allowed. However, we are open to allowing pets if we can meet you and your pets first. At which point we are open to a negotiation on allowing pets for an additional pet fee depending on how well trained your pet is. Owner pays for HOA fees, trash and recycling pick up. Renter responsible for electric, natural gas, water, sewer, cable, internet, phone. Last month's rent and security deposit due upon signing the 1 year lease. No smoking allowed inside our home. Pets not permitted. Renter is responsible for paying for repair costs to rectify any damage caused by renter or their guests.
