Many updates. Painted the shutters and cleaned up the front porch. The kitchen was remodeled with new stainless steel appliances, new countertop, updated cabinets and a new pantry. The bathroom was completely remodeled. There are hardwood floors throughout. The basement is a wide open with only HVAC and washer/dryer taking space. Would be able to be used for additional living space but is not setup for allowing a bedroom due to not having an egress window. A brand new furnace, air conditioning unit and water heater was installed August 2024. We will only allow tours once an application process has been completed. We will only consider tenants that complete the application prior to communication. Absolutely no smoking, vaping or using pens in the house (tobacco or other). Tenant must maintain lawn and drive, including fall clean up, gutter care and snow removal.
