The civic group cost 20 dollars a year, and for that you get a monthly newsletter, halloween parade and party, neighborhood watch, womens club, garden club, Neighborhood park and Tennis Courts, Santa Visit, Lumanarie's at Christmas, road signage, and the list goes on. The neighborhood is awesome, but the court we live on has a great mix of professionals and several kids ranging in age from 3 to 19. Great place to live!
