    This home has a unique location with your own private dock on a large fishing pond in your back yard. It is the last house on a quiet three house dead end street in a green space cluster of homes. The front yard has views of large old oaks, another fishing pond, and an expansive shared green space for quiet early morning walks. There is abundant bird life! More pictures and information can be found on vrbo, listing #587166.  It is currently rented furnished for $1,600 monthly to Navy pilots on temporary deployment for training at a nearby base. I don't need to sell this home as my mortgage (and taxes and insurance) is only $695 a month so I'm making almost $1,000 profit in rent and tax right offs. Therefore I will only consider full price offers. I paid $129,000 for it and have invested $35,000 in tasteful upgrades. It is move-in ready! I will consider selling it furnished. To someone with a discriminating eye to unique value, this is a bargain! While on Trulia the price doesn't compare with other homes in the neighborhood, neither does it's location. A home on the beach is much higher priced than one across the street from the beach, and even more so than one three blocks away. There are not many homes in the area with a pond in the back yard.  You are living on the water and can fish, paddle board, or kayak every day from your private dock! The property is fully fenced and has a sturdy large shed in the back yard -- which also has fig and pecan trees. Every room in the house has a restful view of a pond and green space. The master bedroom has a bright bonus room for a study or nursery, plus a full bath. Both bathrooms have deep soaking tubs. Both bedrooms are carpeted, while the remainder of the house is fully tiled. The tile in the living, dining room and hallway is a country distressed barn wood look tile. There is a sliding door from the dining room out to the screened-in Florida room - a great place to have your morning coffee. This is the most energy efficient home in town. It has newly applied reflective heat paint on the roof, thick insulation, a new 3 unit mini-split heating/cooling system (each room can be adjusted for hot or cold preferences), as well as a new GE heat pump hot water heater.  The lease option terms I'm willing to consider require 1) $5,000 non refundable deposit, lowering the price of the house at closing time by $5,000, 2) a 2 year closing period, 3) $1,500 monthly rent with $250 going to the price of the house, 4) contract executed by a real estate lawyer, and 5) payments managed by an escrow office. One 30 day late payment will negate the lease and forfiet the $5,000 deposit and $250 per month escrow payments, converting  the lease into a month-to-month rental.
