Lincoln Arms Apartments is about a 10 minute walk to Friendship Heights metro station (red line). We are also on the Connecticut Avenue bus line (L2 / L4). Walking distance to Safeway, Starbucks, Avalon movie theater, CVS, dry-cleaners, liquor store and restaurants. Application fee is $35 per person. The security deposit is equivalent to one months' rent. We allow cats with a $150 one-time fee deducted from your SD. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed (sorry). Resident pays for cooking gas (approx $10/month) and electricity (approx $20/month and $65/month summer A/C peek). Landlord pays for heat and hot water. On-street parking with registered DC zone 3 sticker. Please inquire about parking. We might have a space for rent ($100/month) at the time of rental.
