Our small boutique building was built in 1926, but we have made several updates and renovations to bring it to a modern era without losing its charm. Lincoln Arms has a total of 20 one-bedroom apartments. Application fee is $35 per person. Security deposit is $1,000. We allow cats with a $150 one-time fee. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed at Lincoln Arms (sorry!). On-street parking with registered DC zone 3 sticker. Cable in the building is Comcast/Xfinity.
