There is plentiful parking on the street or you can park on my driveway. This space, although separate with a separate entrance, is attached to my house, so I'm looking for quiet and respectful individuals who are not noisy. I will be checking credit and references for everyone. The owner pays for all the utilities including electricity (the unit does not have gas), water, sewage. This is a midterm lease agreement for a furnished unit (no unfurnished option) available for up to at most 3 months at the beginning. The tenant has an option to extend if it's mutually agreed upon by tenant and owner.
