Large closet space with huges amounts of storage. Room also has sink and vanity in it so you will not have to share a sink with other roommate! Living and kitchen space are ideal and perfect for hosting friends and coming home to relax. There is also a large patio outside. Unit is on first floor and is very quiet. The apartment complex also has wonderful amenities including two large swimming pools and BBQ area, two massive study lounges with entertainment amenities, and great management and support staff! Best part is that apartment is located in University Court which is literally across the street from campus with a special bike signal at the intersection that makes it safe and easy to cross at all times of day. Unit also comes with a parking spot. Bedroom will not be furnished so bring what you like! The room will be offered as a sublease from January 2015-August 2015; however if you don't want to sublease for summer months we can work something out! No gender preference; however, other housemate is a female! As an added bonus January's rent has already been paid and will not be charged to subleaser! Check out for pictures!
