We're looking for a roommate before 8/31/2015.It's a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with 5 guys (one room has a bunk bed and room for a single bed). We're looking for a male who is clean (cleans his dishes regularly, doesn't leaves clothes in the common room, pays rent on time, etc.) who doesn't do any drugs, who doesn't have sex in the apartment, and who doesn't drinks alcohol heavily (who isn't in the apartment drunk). Please let me, Jeremiah, know if this is a consideration of anyone's.* The apartment is gated, with spots for parking, but you have to pay for it monthly. There're limited covered parking spots. The business center in our apartment complex is really a conference room with a table and chairs and a whiteboard; it's shared by everyone in the apartment, and has to be reserved. The extra storage has to be paid for.
