The horses will be able to graze PART of the time on the 10 fenced acres near the house but you will need to supplement with hay. A max of 6 chickens may also be kept on the property, only charge is occasional eggs. There is a strict NO Smoking policy on the property. There is a POSSIBILITY that you could rent to own the entire property on 160 acres, we can talk about that in person. If your dog is ever aggressive, that's a hard no.
