Auburn is such a lovely place to live and this home is nestled in a nice, established residential neighborhood that's inside the heart of the city and convenient to everything. My favorite feature is the back porch and the yard, but the floor plan and finishes are top notch as well. It's rare to see an all brick home with a garage in this price range that also has prime location and is move-in ready. If you do not prefer carpet then this home is for you! You can enjoy a front and back porch AND you are within an 8 minute drive to Auburn University's football stadium, on campus. The kitchen is large and has plenty of cabinets and storage and the dining area overlooks the backyard.
