The second floor (main entrance) has the kitchen and living room. Bottom floor (basement) can be used as a third bedroom or a rec room. It has a sliding glass door to the balcony as well as a fireplace. The second full bathroom is in the basement floor. As part of Montgomery Village, you have access to the community pool and tennis courts. The location is close to public transit (bus) and a short ride to the Shady Grove metro station. Lease Terms: - Landlord responsible for HOA, taxes, trash. Tenant is responsible for electricity, water, internet, cable TV. - Security deposit is $2300 plus $300 for each small dog, cat; $500 for each large dog (50 pounds). The pet deposit will be returned when you move out if there is no damage to the property. - Minimum household income requirement is 3 times the monthly rent (or $82,800 per year). - As per Montgomery County guidelines, maximum occupancy is 6 people. - Please apply through Zillow.
