The cottage is 10 minute walk to Eldorado State Park, surrounded by public land and trails on three sides. Tenant has access to water front property. The cottage has been completely remolded from bottom to top--brand with new kitchen, new mini split for heating/cooling, new washer and dryer, new windows, new floors, etc. The Y'aul Inn is private and completely separate from our house, though we share the property.
