    Hello, I have a home in Troy MI, Monthly Rent will be $1,550. A security deposit will be given the day you sign the lease agreement of $1,800. I am the owner of the house, I am very easy to get along with and have respect for others. I do have tenants currently living there now until May 27th! Moving date can be anytime in June. The house will be cleaned and ready for the new Tenant(s). I am looking for someone to rent for a year and plus. I will not accept anyone but the tenants living in the house. Roommates are not permitted. I will start to do showings next week of the house hopefully to find new tenants. To qualify you would need a Good Credit Score, a clean background check, and a good paying occupation and a non smoker! None of my tenants were smokers. I've had long staying tenants living in the house for year and plus and never had an issue. The house has no garage, it does have a shed in the back. Looking for new tenants due to my old tenants leaving cause of her husband getting matched at a different state for pursuing his Dr. degree. Feel free to ask me any questions. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Very well taken care of home. The house is near the mall and theater, Meijer and Walmart and restaurants. Very nice quiet neighborhood and friendly. The house is near a park as well and walking distance. What the Tenants are responsible for -Tenants are responsible to put house insurance on their belongings, a paper copy will asked for, for me to keep. -Tenants are responsible to cut the grass when it's long - house from the outside should be maintained, that includes keeping the area clean and gutters cleaned, as the house will be treated like your own. - WATER BILL must be paid on time and tenants are responsible for there water usage. - tenant's are responsible for also paying DTE and Consumers energy bill of your own usage, - Tenants are responsible for paying WiFi - Tenants are responsible to pay Rent every 1st of the month!! No questions asked. -all bills in the house TENANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE that's your usage upon moving in. The house includes -Tv -couches are NOT INCLUDED -washer and dryer are included - Fridge and stove are included - a router to connect to WiFi Lease contract has all the information written inside and will be signed and read on the day of renting the home. The contract explains everything. Everything will be included on the contract.
