A family of four max income is about 42K. Pets are allowed with an additional pet deposit. The deposit will stay on unit that I have paid once you are moved out you can get that back. Or if you decide you can sign new lease stay longer than my lease which ends in June. Washer and dryer hookups are in the garage.
