Upstairs, there are six more bedrooms, including a Mickey Minnie themed room with two twin beds and a full bathroom. The villa is equipped with linens and towels at the start of your stay, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable visit. Pool spa heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided at no cost upon request, but if you prefer a propane gas grill or other vacation gear, arrangements can be made for an extra cost. Only small pets under 40 pounds are allowed with a $150 pet fee for each animal. Legal service dogs are exempt with proper documentation, but any damages caused by pets or extra cleaning will be charged. The villa features a large driveway that fits up to 4 cars and overflow parking about 200 feet down the road. No parking on the street is allowed.
