I am looking for someone who earns at least 3 times the amount of the rent preferably after taxes. The studio has hardwood floors and a kitchen area. There is a small fridge and stove. The building has coin operated washing machines and dryers. There is only street parking. The cost to move is $950 plus $950 deposit = $1900. The application process will cost $25.
