I am looking for someone who brings home around 3 times the amount of the rent. The studio has a high ceiling, hardwood floors, a loft bed platform and a kitchen area. The space is 200 square feet. There is a small fridge and stove. The building has coin operated washing machines and dryers. There is only street parking. There is six month lease and then it will be month to month.
