What move-in date are you targeting? Monthly rent is $2000. Are you comfortable with the security deposit and prorated rent being due at lease signing? Do all adult tenants have a credit score above 570 and combined income of at least 3x the rent (via pay stubs)? Are you able to complete lease signing, Rent Synergy onboarding, and required forms electronically using a computer? Are you able to provide renter's insurance and utility transfer confirmation prior to move-in? How many adults, children, pets, vehicles would be occupying the home?
