We ask that you follow the house rules mentioned below:
All SMOKING is strictly prohibited both inside and outside of the property
No pets
No parties or events
Respect quiet hours: 11:00pm 6:30am
No overnight guests without the landlord's permission
Do not leave food/drinks in bedrooms
Limit guests' usage of common areas
Report any maintenance issues promptly
Follow assigned cleaning/trash schedule
No common area decorative changes
COMMON AREA USAGE
Maintain shared spaces in a neat and presentable condition
Respect others' privacy and limit time spent in the bathroom during peak hours
Dispose of trash properly and maintain the cleanliness of outdoor areas
Common and outdoor areas are strictly prohibited from being used as additional storage space
No gaming in living rooms
Do not monopolize common areas for personal use for extended periods
Limit guests' usage of common areas
THE KITCHEN
Use cutting boards and do not cut directly on the countertops
Use the sink strainer provided and dump food particles into the garbage
Wash your dishes immediately after using the kitchen space
Wipe the countertops, stovetop, fridge, and kitchen appliances after each use
No leftover food allowed in the fridge after a week
Respect roommate items in the kitchen (everyone will be assigned their own space)
