The North end of the "Ave" is the best... It escapes the hustle, bustle and noise of the South end and offers quiet living in a small building for both professionals and students. All maintenance issues are taken care of promptly and I like to provide the most comfortable living experience possible. I always answer phone calls and keep the tenants needs in mind.
