Electric heaters are provided for winter. The owner lives upstairs. There is shared laundry on the basement level. The entrance to the apartment is located in the backyard of 5530. Located in the heart of Squirrel Hill, in a safe and great neighborhood. Between two (2) bus stops (61a-d) that comes every 5 to 10 mins. A mile away from Carnegie Mellon University. 2 miles away from University of Pittsburgh, and UPMC hospital center. Close to all Universities and churches. 2 Blocks away from Squirrel Hill buss, section. 5 mins. walk to the Bob O'Connor Golf course and Schenley park. IMPORTANT: This is a non-smoking and a no pet allowed apartment. The tenants lease is a minimum of 1 year and renewable each year. Upon signing the lease, the tenant must put down the security deposit and one month rent in advance (the one months rent advance is applicable to the payment for last months rent). Upon moving in, the tenant must pay the first months rent (this is different from the one month rent advance). If the tenant decides to withdraw after signing the lease, they will forfeit their security deposit and one month rent advance.
