Amenities include, fully furnished home, internet, pool maintenance, yard maintenance, gas & electric, and water. We do 30-day vacation rentals (inquire if interested). If renting for 3 months or longer the rent is $7,900 a month plus taxes ($1,027). NOTE: Dec 15 2025 - May 15, 2025 the rate is seasonal at $825-$1000 per night plus taxes, after that the rate will drop back to the $7,900 per month plus taxes. We do require a $10,000 deposit. For 3 month or longer leases, Landlord will pay up to $350 per month for gas & electric and $350 for water. Tenant will reimburse Landlord within 15 days of invoicing for costs over $350 for gas & electric and/or water usage. All rentals have a $10,000 security deposit. First and last month's rent, along with deposit are due at signing. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. PERSONS - No more than 5 people may live in the home. No more than 2 pets are allowed and there are dog breed restrictions. There is a full propane tank for the gas BBQ, the tenant is responsible to refill it when depleted and at the end of the tenancy and clean the grill after use. Beach chairs and coolers are for use and should be left in good condition at the end of tenancy. NO STREET PARKING, NO TRAILERS, NO CAMPERS, and NO OVERSIZED VEHICLES of any kind may be in the street, driveway, or yard. Must agree to neighborhood HOA Covenants and Restrictions. Tenant is responsible for regular cleaning of both inside and outside the home. Yard and Pool maintenance is provided. Tenant shall notify the Landlord immediately with any problems with plumbing, electrical, and/or A/C. Tenant shall notify the Landlord within 48 hours of any damage to the inside or outside of the home or property. Tenant is responsible for all costs related to repair damage and Landlord MUST agree to any contractors or handyman Tenant plans to utilize for repairs.
