Beach chairs and coolers are for use and should be left in good condition at the end of tenancy. NO STREET PARKING, NO TRAILERS, NO CAMPERS, and NO OVERSIZED VEHICLES of any kind may be in the street, driveway, or yard. Must agree to neighborhood HOA Covenants and Restrictions. Tenant is responsible for regular cleaning of both inside and outside the home. Yard and Pool maintenance is provided. Tenant shall notify the Landlord immediately with any problems with plumbing, electrical, and/or A/C. Tenant shall notify the Landlord within 48 hours of any damage to the inside or outside of the home or property. Tenant is responsible for all costs related to repair damage and Landlord MUST agree to any contractors or handyman Tenant plans to utilize for repairs.
