Private room with wood floors and a nice big window and sliding doors closet. No ceiling lights so you will need a standing lamp or strategically place a table with a lamp where the outlet for the light switch is. Living room has a nice sectional and a TV you're welcome to use. I only have Prime and the added on HBO but you're welcome to make a profile to use those streaming services. Kitchen has an oven, microwave, and fridge. It does have a dishwasher but I use it as a dish rack. There is cabinet space for you and I can make more if needed. Washer and dryer unit in the apt. too. Works well. Month-to-Month only. If after a couple months you'd prefer to have a longer one, we can talk about it. I will "renew" you lease every month as long as there are no problems :) Third floor apartment and walls are thin, if you're a light sleeper or sound sensitive, not the place for you. I'm on the end of the bldg. at least so neighbors below and on one side only at least. Pets that stay in your room are fine, no cats because I have a dog who is not cat friendly and I'm allergic. If you have a small to medium dog and they are house trained and you clean up after them I'm sure we can co-exist. Security deposit and rent (prorated if moving in on a date other than the beginning of the month) due upon move in, after signing the lease. No smoking inside, vaping fine. Neighbors do smoke fyi. Keep your window closed if you're sensitive to it.
