Guests have to be comfortable with stairs as there are 4 stories. *. AC Disclosure: 1 window AC on top floor in the master bedroom. 1 window AC on the 2nd floor in the living room. No AC but only tower fans in other bedrooms. *. Garage parking: Garage parking is rare in downtown Seattle. However, only a compact size of car could fit in the garage. Big size car can't fit. *. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. *. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm. *. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house.
