This room is great for someone who is looking for a large private room in Nashville, close to shops, restaurants, public transit, freeways, etc. Conveniently located ~10 minutes from Brentwood, 15 into downtown Nashville and 15 into Franklin. A relaxing and easygoing place to live, with plenty of indoor/outdoor space and great for visitors. I'm a 36 year old male who works as a bartender and part-time musician. I tend to be friendly with the people I'm living with, although it's totally fine if you'd rather keep to yourself! And you'll likely have 1-2 other housemates, who tend to be bartenders/musicians as well (...coincidence?), but don't worry, they will have passed my background, BANKground, and compatibility tests! I offer leases of 3, 6, or 12 months. All utilities are included in the price of rent, which also includes internet and basic streaming services like Netflix. I require a fully-refundable security deposit of 1/2 month's rent, which is due before move in. The only additional fee is potentially a late fee of $50 if rent is paid more than 5 days after the due date, which increases by $50 every week thereafter. Smoking is prohibited indoors, but there is a backyard patio where renters can smoke. Pets are also permitted, but they must be compatible with the existing pets (if any). There are no renter responsibilities for maintenance, besides just reporting maintenance needs to the landlord (me) and sharing in costs if the break was obviously their fault. Parking is free and abundant, but the two largest rooms come with guaranteed indoor/covered parking on the property.
