An identical home at Autumn way was sold in June 2022 for $2,3mil. Another house at the same location, Elder Circle but small square footage and smaller lot sold for $1.9 and currently estimated for over $2.0 mil Why my house estimated for only 1.87 mil? Please take a look into this huge discrepancy and fix this incorrect estimated amount, thanks
