Lands End is a beautiful, quiet neighborhood off of Greenville Loop and Oleander. It's a tranquil area where you can walk both on quiet roads and nature trails nearby. Oleander is main street to get to Wrightsville Beach, downtown Riverwalk and many other sights Wilmington has to offer. Also just 5-10 minutes to Trader Joe's, Aldi, Lidl, Harris Teeter and Lowes Supermarkets, excellent local coffee shops, breweries, restaurants. You can also walk or ride bikes to the local farmers market, coffee shops on quiet back roads. You can walk to the local go-cart/mini-golf/arcade also! You can drive or bike basically anywhere in Wilmington. It is essentially flat here, so a 7-10 mile bike ride is very easy. You have 2 parking spots in the garage, and a 3rd in a pullout driveway area. Beautifully, minimalistically furnished with TVs, streaming services, 2 living rooms, and 4 bedrooms. The great room couch converts a really comfortable queen size bed. Great room also has board games, puzzles and a table with good lighting to play. Kitchen has a table that seats six. Dining room table seats 10 and be can be easily moved under the pergola outdoors for lovely outdoor dining under canopy lights. The house is tastefully and minimally furnished. Gas, recycling, garbage pick up, wifi and landscaping are included in the rent. Electric and water would be additional payments based on usage. While I adore pets, I can't have them in my home. I might consider a small dog with an additional pet deposit. The lease duration is flexible. 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years.
