When house was built, original owners purchased a triangle of property at the far rear of the lot from the builders working across the street. It was unusable to that builder since it was a triangle of land on the other side of the road. It added an additional .09 to our property bringing our property to .52 acre. As a result, this property is both abstract and torrence.
