This beautiful, well-maintained townhouse is located in a great location in downtown Lancaster. The current asking rent is $1,550 per month (utilities are not included). I may be willing to negotiate the rent slightly for applicants who can provide excellent references from previous landlords demonstrating that they have maintained their rental homes well.
Section 8 tenants only.
Applicants must provide proof of their housing voucher amount and demonstrate their ability to pay any difference between the voucher and the monthly rent. Applicants also need to pass background check, credit check and income.
