If the tenant wants to add these safety measure tenant would have to pay out of pocket and put the safety measure in place. No pets are allowed, if the tenant wants to have pets additional cost will apply after communicating with landlord. Fire hazardous activity (for example smoking) should be carried out in safe environment (like outside on porches or yard) for the safety of the house and tenant. Indoor smoking is prohibited. Landlord may charge Tenant a fee up to $250 for second and subsequent violation is Tenant smokes in a nonsmoking property. If fire hazardous occur due to tenant neglect, tenant will be responsible for the cost of the damage. Preferred tenant demographics includes single families and couples. No subleasing allowed and it is prohibited to rent to others other than the tenants. More specific detail will be included in the Residential Lease Agreement.
