Tenant(s) are eligible for the $200 reimbursement if the property is deemed to be 'in better condition' when they vacate. No Pets allowed. No smoking of any kind allowed anywhere on the property. 2 parking spots included (one is the attached one car garage). Companion, Service & Therapy Animals Official documentation is required for your Companion/Service/Therapy Animal to be accepted. No Pet Fee or Pet Security Deposit is required for these animals; however the tenant is still financially liable for any damage the animal causes. Companion/Service/Therapy animals must not be aggressive and pet cleanliness will be required.
