The home is less than 15 years old and is perfect for a family or a couple roommates as there are 3 bedrooms upstairs and a full finished basement with a bedroom and full bathroom. There is a two car garage that's painted and a small side yard with stamped concrete and a pergola. Bel Mar has many outdoor events, tons of shopping, restaurant's and a movie theater. It's like living downtown but without the chaos. We do require an application prior to showing the property. This is due to having great renters currently occupying the home and because this home usually rents to the first people that see it. Sorry for any inconvenience.
