Renter must agree to abide by septic system care standards: Not to flush anything except human waste and toilet paper, not to put any food or grease down sinks, and to use septic-safe soaps and cleaners. Any deviation from this will result in repair bills paid for by renter. Renter agrees to inform landlords of any damage within 24 hours of discovery. Regular cleaning is appreciated as it maintains surfaces.
