Sorry No Couples Master bedroom has private bathroom with a large linen closet and double sinks. The room also has a huge walk-in closet! The shared space: This is a newer townhome (1yr old), so all-new-everything. Living room/Dining/Kitchen are yours to use, there are pots/pans and dishes you may use as well. Living room has a Roku TV so if it's signed in you can watch it (Hulu, Paramount+, Disney Channel, and any other company that hasn't gotten wise to sharing hahah). Washer/Dryer in home and some room for some additional storage if necessary. Location is the first exit in Leland so you are less than: 15min to downtown 20 min to UNCW 20 min to Boliva 30 min to Wrightsville and less than 5 min to grocery, gas, fast food, park, and post office. Preference is for non-smokers and no pets, however, can discuss cats/ small dogs,or other small animals (with pet deposit). No Smoking in the house is FIRM but we have a backyard so can be flexible if outside. A shorter term can be considered but preference is for 6+ months. We are two busy working professionals (Early 30's/40's) who are sometimes like ships passing in the night around here. I'm (she/her) into art, travel, music, and generally fun pursuits. I WFH, but also travel for work. I also run a small accessories business in town and online that keeps me pretty busy too. When I'm home I'm pretty quiet and chill , but I enjoy being loud and having fun on occasion too. The other roommate (he/him) is a local theater actor, vocalist, musician & teacher (he's super busy!)
