If once keys are received and tenant no longer wants the place if told to us within 24 hours they will get a full refund. Actual move in will be 48 hours after payment is received and rental contract is signed and returned, and keys are given, to allow maintenance crew to perform their last checks on the property. Background check and credit is not necessary, neither is job verification, but a picture copy of an ID is required.
