Screening cost is $45 per applicant and is paid by the applicant. Screening may include credit, background, eviction, and income verification. One dog is permitted with owner approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 applies. A second dog may be considered on a case-by-case basis. No cats. One-time $350 cleaning fee. No smoking, vaping, parties, or events permitted on the property.
