The apartment is on the third floor and has a very secluded balcony which is great in the summer. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as a giant lot to park in. There are some assigned spaces which you can purchase for $50/mo. and the entire lot is permit parking only. The permit is free you would just have to register your vehicle with the office. Personally I haven't had any problems with parking and don't pay for an assigned spot, I have had to park at all hours of day and night and never had an issue. There are several amenities included in staying here. There are multiple rec buildings which you will have full access to. Among the vast amount of amenities there are 3 swimming pools, gyms, 7 tennis courts, walking trails, controlled access buildings for safety, shuttles to Pentagon City Metro, play ground, resident lounge which I've been told hosts a movie night as well as a party room which can be rented out or reserved for your special occasion. This building is the only one with in-unit w/d but there is also a laundry room on site.
