Beautiful well lit two bed two bath apartment 1046 sq ft with in-unit washer and dryer and updated kitchen appliances. Lush carpet through with tiled kitchen and bathrooms. Our family has lived here for our duration in D.C. Wonderful commute options to D.C. and metro stops via a free apartment shuttle. Shopping center one block away featuring several restaurants, grocery store, dry cleaning, and more. Playgrounds, scenic park, and nature trails a part of this community. There is also a club house, gym, pool, tennis court, computer lab, movie theater, and day care center as a part of the amenities. We opted for a longer lease so this price is significantly CHEAPER than the apartment office will offer- since prices have since increased. Lease from August 2017- May 2018 but can easily be extended via the office at your discretion. We are moving out of the area and are sad to leave this great community- but hoping to find some good people to take our lease. Local schools are great, it is a very safe area and community. Rent is 1,505 a month with utilities, water, and trash separate. Trash fees are ~10$ a month and utilities are very typical, i.e. gas done through Washington Gas. Prices have gone up since we signed our lease- so you'll save taking ours over instead of signing a new lease with the office.
