Hi everyone, my wife and I are relocating out of state due to job changes and are looking for someone to take over our lease on a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. I would say that our unit is in one of the better locations within the complex. It is directly in front of the pool and is in the same building as the gym. It is a very quiet complex and kept very clean as well. If you'd like to see more about the property and amenities, the complex is McKinney Square Apartments. The earliest possible move-in would likely be sometime in June or July, although the exact timing will ultimately depend on the leasing office and their approval process. This would be a lease takeover (relet), so any interested tenant would need to apply through the apartment complex and be approved before moving in. Once approved and moved in, the lease would be fully transferred over.
