My home is not updated and in need of insulation to keep heating and cooling costs down. All appliances are older and the 2 full bath rooms are extremely small, hardly one person can move around in them. Carpet is also very worn. Back yard is big, but very hard to take care of, because it is very steep. In order to sell the house for your zestimate I would have to do a lot of upgrades and renovations, which I can not afford.
