The entrance is on the back side of the house, leading to a large communal living area, complete with a washer/dryer, a newly renovated shared bathroom, and a freshly revamped kitchen. There is a spacious, communal backyard to share with the other tenants. The home is conveniently a 15-minute walk to the San Bruno BART Station and a 5-minute drive to Costco Wholesale near SFO. Tenant will have access to a provided stove and refrigerator, but these and any supplemental appliances must be used safely without overloading electrical circuits. The renters of this unit will only have access to street parking and may not park in the driveway at any time. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m No pets allowed without consent. No subletting. No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the property, but permissable outside. Monthly Flat Fee for Electricity, Gas, and Garbage. Internet access is not provided and will be covered by the Tenant. All tenants agree to follow house rules set by the Owner/Property Manager that comply with California Law, including those provided after the move-in date. Landlord reserves the right to install visible security cameras in communal exterior common areas, including the stairways, shared backyard, and parking area, for the safety and security of all residents in the property. Cameras will not be installed in any private areas or directed toward the interior of any unit. Tenant acknowledges and consents to this security measure. The contract can be terminated at will by the Property Manager with 30 days' notice.
