Parking in this area is limited, but this unit has 2 garage spots and up to 4 spots in the driveway. You will have a designated side of the driveway that has space to park 2 cars at once. The rent is $700 per month on a month-to-month basis. The deposit is $350 so it will be $1,050 to move in. You will be given the utility bill around the 1st and rent is due by the 3rd. (unless utilities bills are late). The utilities include electric, water, gas, WIFI (Fiber hi-speed) and semi-monthly cleaning. Your share of utilities will average around $150 per month for the next 6 months. The room is available on October 25th but sooner if absolutely necessary.
