Welcome to The Evergreen Home at Semiahmoo, a dreamy custom-built home boasting unobstructed ocean views and a private location tucked within a grove of majestic evergreens. Home is fully furnished with very high end mattresses and furnishings, and includes a chef level fully stocked kitchen. There is a downstairs primary bedroom with a King sized bed, and an en suite bathroom, and an upstairs primary bedroom with a King sized bed and an en suite bathroom. Upstairs there are two additional rooms with Queen size beds. In the loft above the garage, we have two Queen size bunk beds plus two sofas that pull out into Queen beds. This home has multiple sets of linens, towels, and all of the things you need to be comfortable. The loft has a pool table. The garage has darts, table tennis / ping pong, and a foosball table. Kitchen has a gas range, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, double ovens, and plenty of room. There are also two high chairs in the garage and a crib in the upstairs primary bedroom available. We converted a closet next to and below the staircase into a forest themed childrens' nook that we affectionately refer to as the Chokey. There are also five desks, high-speed, business-grade internet service, a robust WiFi network, the protection of a top-of-the-line firewall, and IT support for remote workers. A printer and ink and office supplies provide additional convenience. We also have a generous furnished deck from which you can soak up the fantastic ocean views. There are two seating areas, a fire table, a gas grill, and a wonderful grassy lawn. We are flexible on term, month to month, 6 month, or one year. Open to short term or long term lease.
