It features a beautiful view (wildlife), many different entertainment areas, and a great floorplan. It is incredibly functional for so many different situations and is in a great location and community. Close to DIA and also close to a mall, restaurants, and even downtown. The home was built in 2019 and we spared no expense on upgrades which include upgraded floors, carpets, counters, soft close cabinets, upgraded fixtures, and upgraded lighting. Renter is responsible for water/sewer and all utilities. Absolutely no smoking (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or marijuana) in the house, on the patio, in the side yard, in the garage, or on the driveway. We have 2 small children and the neighbors do not appreciate it either. Lease is for 2 months from June 1st - July 26th 2026 ( through the end of July can be arranged if needed)
