    What the owner loves about this home
    This home is completely updated not just inside but outside too. With major mechanicals just recently updated, living here we are care free and know we can trust our home is safe and maintenance free. New roof, new HVAC, new tankless water heater, and an entirely manicured yard allows us to truly enjoy living in this home. Convivence to nearly every need we have had in a neighborhood we enjoy makes this a great for us. A new buyer could indeed add their own touches too, but as is, this is among the best move in ready homes in the area. This is without a doubt a very well maintained property inside and out. It is a smoke free home and while we could imagine your pets would love the totally fenced in back yard, for us it has been a pet free home too, We also don't have the fees most have to pay to a HOA either. All this makes this a home we would never sell if selling didn't bring us closer to our Grandkids. We love this house, but being closer to them is what we love more.
