We like to keep things quiet and peaceful. The detached Guest House is separate from the main house and has its own entrance and cross-fencing so the patio/backyard is very private, yet the view is not blocked. A credit check will be run for each adult. No prior evictions. No active Collections. Credit Score minimum 650 (May consider a bit less with increased Security Deposit). Steady income must be verifiable and must be at least 2.5 x the rent. Utilities & Services are a flat fee of $340 in addition to the monthly rent which includes: Gas, Electric, Trash, Internet, Weekly Hot Tub Service, and monthly yard service.
