Amazing this home is still on the market and here is why. We have no basement, yes, that has been the concern of the buyers and at this price point they won't get one. We do have a huge amount of sq footage including a gigantic loft, massive kitchen big enough for a full table, flex office space, living, dining, family room, fireplace and a professionally installed patio, fire pit and stone grill. Bedrooms are huge and we can't help we didn't dig underneath when we built it.
